Sunday School Snippets is exactly that, snippets of things that I’ve created for Sunday school class. Handwriting sheets, coloring pages, verses, maps, etc. Some of the pages are hand drawn, some are a formatted collection of drawings from the internet. Random, sometimes. Out of order, yes – for now. But if I created it, it was because I couldn’t find “just the right thing” that I was looking for online. I share these here, in case it’s helpful for a Sunday School class or Bible lesson that you’re doing.

Exodus

Early Life of Moses (Exodus 1-6) Click here for printable version of map and cuts outs

For this craft, we went through the various stages of Moses’ early life. We drew and discussed the map and the various stages leading up until “Let me people go”. This is a map that can usually be found in the back of a Bible. The one below shows Egypt, Goshen, and Sinai. You will need to include Midian, located on the Eastern side of the Red Sea.

We used the cut outs below to cut and attach to the map. One child suggested making them pop-ups, so they could be layered over the location they took place. This can be used a variety of ways.
